- Royalty acquisition was announced and closed in August 2025
- SCRi paid C$1.0 million for 90% of silver produced (50% in cash, 50% in SCRI equity at a deemed price of C$8.33 per share)
- EDM has the right to increase the minimum annual silver deliveries (to the cash equivalent of 10,000 ozs from 7,000 ozs annually) for an additional payment from SCRi of C$500,000 in SCRI equity
